Prime Suspect
From director Peter Berg comes the re-imagining of the British television hit starring Maria Bello as the tough-as-nails detective who doesn’t know when to quit. Yes, we know it’s television and you must be thinking we’ll do anything for a buck, which is true, but…. this is a really good show, which is the other reason we’ll do TV.

Battleship
Directed by Peter Berg
Edited by Colby Parker Jr.
Supervised by Greg
Mixed by Greg and Rick Kline
A fleet of ships is forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals. Reportedly the largest budgeted movie ever produced by Universal, this thing has a zillion visual effects and a ton of great sound design opportunities. It’s big, brash and relentless. We’re having a blast.

Machine Gun Preacher
Directed by Marc Forster
Edited by Matt Chesse
Supervised by Greg and Darren.
Mixed by Greg K. and Lora H.
Gerard Butler pulls off an amazing performance in the true and compelling story of Sam Childers, another fantastic and brilliant film by Marc Forster.
. If you don’t go and see it when it comes out, we’ll unload a clip into ya….

Parenthood
Based on the hit film, Parenthood follows the ups and downs of the very large, very colorful, and imperfect Braverman family.

Your Highness
Directed by David Gordon Green
Edited by Craig Alpert
Universal Pictures
Supervised by Darren.
Academy Award Nominee James Franco AND Academy Award winner Natalie Portman both in one movie!
This movie is really funny in that weird sort of funny weird way. A soon to be classic.

I Love You Man
Directed by John Hamburg
Dreamworks
Supervised by Darren.
Very funny movie. What else is there to say about a comedy. We’re glad it sold a lot of popcorn.

Hancock
Directed by Peter Berg
Produced by Michael Mann and Akiva Goldsman
Starring Will Smith
Supervised by Greg.
Mixed by Greg and Rick Kline.
Will Smith as a superhero down on his luck. Doing the superhero schtick was kinda fun. We love working with Peter Berg and Will Smith is truly a classy fellow. We might possibly consider working with either one of them again.

Flash of Genius
Directed by Marc Abraham
Supervised by Darren.
Starring: Greg Kinnear
This is a great film, you have to go see it. The fascinating story of Bob Kearns who invented the intermittent windshield wiper and his lifelong battle against the automakers who stole his idea.

The Kingdom
Directed by Peter Berg
Produced by Michael Mann.
Supervised by Greg and Darren.
Mixed by Greg and Rick Kline.
We worked our butts off on this one, the guns, the cars, very sweet. But the production was difficult, Darren and Rick Kline saved the day making hard to hear dialogue sound beautiful, which made it possible for us to hear Yann’s beautiful work.

Friday Night Lights The TV show.
Alright, we know this isn’t a big expensive movie and only whores do TV. But we did the movie and we love this show. Plus it pays okay, which proves there is a little whore in all of us.

Friday Night Lights The Movie
Directed by Peter Berg
Supervised by Greg and Joel
Mixed by Greg and Rick
Maybe one of my favorites. All those tackles you hear are us. We pounded the crap out of each other. Actually we pounded the crap outta our assistants. Thanks to Derrick, Kyle and Pancho for taking a bunch for the team.

Beerfest
Directed by Jay Chandrasekhar.
Supervised by Greg and Darren
Mixed by Greg and Greg Watkins
Okay…..not big and expensive…..but a movie about beer drinking? Ever hear of method foley? C’mon, it was our duty to do this movie. Plus we love these guys.

Red Dragon
Directed by Brett Ratner
Supervised by Greg and Yann
A great film, dark, brooding and scary. One of Brett’s best.

Ali
Directed by Michael Mann
Supervised by Greg and Darren.
Greg Says: “Got to meet and hang with Muhammad Ali a few times on this one. Need I say more?”

The Insider
Directed by Michael Mann
8 Oscar noms including BEST SOUND!
Greg says: “Working with Michael Mann raised my skills to a new level. He can really see a movie as a whole and tell a story like no other. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining why he used particular lighting, why he used a two shot as opposed to a master, why he made a particular edit. From this experience I now see movies differently, and approach them differently. I understand much better how a great director sees his movie.”

The Dukes of Hazzard
Directed by Jay Chandrasekhar
Pure fun. The car effects are phenomenal! It was really hard finding a vintage Hemi we could run the hell outta. The real ones are worth $40k up. The real General Lee is insured for $1 million, I almost had my hands on it until WB discovered I was gonna do spins, fishtails, donuts and 100 mph bys. Oh well, next time I’ll keep my mouth shut. By the way, I always do my own stunt driving, I found stuntmen are too conservative for what I need, all that safety stuff.

Fantasia 2000
Many directors.
Traditional animation at it’s finest. If you haven’t seen it. Do. It’s mind blowing, Pixar’s got nothing on this.

American Pimp
Directed by the Hughes Brothers.
Now that we’re dabbling in TV again, we can relate.

The Craft
Directed by Andy Fleming.
Greg Says: “I really like working with Andy, I’ve done all his films since this one. The Craft has some really interesting sound design. I basically just didn’t leave the studio, didn’t sleep for a while and came up with all the wild sounds.”

Jaws
Directed by Steven Spielberg
Greg Says: “Myself and Andy Koyama re-mixed this movie for the 25th anniversary release. All the sounds were brilliantly re-created by Gary Gerlich and Richard LeGrand who painstakingly went through all the original recordings from 1975 and rebuilt this from scratch. This was not a re-master, but a complete rebuild and brand new mix. So unless you can find an original print from 1975, what you hear is what we did.
Oh yeah, and getting to work with Steven Spielberg wasn’t so bad either.”

The Santa Clause
Directed by John Pasquin
Greg Says: “Imagine a film that takes place at the North Pole. Imagine Burbank, Ca in September and it’s 108º outside. Imagine the air conditioner has been broken for weeks. Imagine me in my shorts sweating off my canadian butt creating the sound of polar ice cracking. Plus I was still an illegal alien when that was not encouraged, so I was evading the INS. Quite the adventure.”
